Typical Coaching Engagement

An engagement will start with a 'chemistry meeting' - allowing you to meet the coach, to outline your particular needs or challenges, and to discuss the appropriate engagement structure which suits you best. It will also allow agreement on the practicalities - timing, location, confidentiality etc.

A coaching engagement will typically involve a series of 4-6 sessions, normally 60 mins, and ideally face-to-face.
